Some staff are extremely nice and some not so much. House keepers are very nice and accommodating.

Amazing location right near the center. We had a two bedroom and loved our stay. The room was excellent- very clean, quite, spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The AC worked great, which was important in the middle of the summer when it was in the mid 90s outside. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and spoke English in addition to Armenian and Russian. The food at the hotel was excellent though a bit on the pricey side compared to restaurants outside the hotel. Highly recommend!

Shower smelled like sewage and mold. AC didn’t work well. The bathroom doesn’t have enough space to hang and arrange belongings. There was an empty hallway/room without any furniture. I expected better for the price. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is great.

It was a good stay. Small but comfortable and quiet room with average room amenities. Nothing stands out except for the location which is right in the center. Good for a staying for a night or two.

We enjoyed our week in Ramada Yerevan. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good powerful shower, air conditioner, fridge and safe. Next time I will ask for a high floor room for a better view. We got a knock on the door and received a huge basket of various fresh fruits and cakes complementary with a lovely note from the hotel manager just because I mentioned that I regret not having a better view from my 3 floor window! Thank you and my little coment was more of a personal choice rather than a negative experience of the room or hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located just around the corner from the main square the Republic square and convenient to lots of restaurants, bars, eateries and shops too on the other corner. I would recommend it and return here when in Yerevan.
