Staff is extremely friendly, more so, the staff ensures that you are totally satisfied with your requests and provides suggestions when venturing out. I would absolutely stay here again. The AC in the room was VERY nice to walk into, given the extreme heat in the dead of summer. Breakfast is tasty too!

The hotel was brilliant! Very clean and comfortable! Our included meals were great, with a great variety of choice! The staff were excellent. They were incredibly friendly and helpful in any situation. For example, they helped with our flight details that were only posted in Spanish. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was our first visit, was for a 4 day long weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had a full kitchen! Room was amazing! Our balcony faced the beach so we had beautiful sunsets! Roof top pool is amazing! Excellent snack bar/bar. Breakfast….not continental but full menu! Amazing! Everything was delicious! Room service….excellent, fast and delicious too! Cant say enough about the staff….beyond friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and only 10 min to downtown and 12 min to airport.

Todo para mi familia y para mi estuvo más que perfecto, amé Puerto Vallarta y quiero desde ya regresar, el hotel hermoso y como a mi me gusta, tipo colonial y muy de la cultura mexicana y su personal de lo mejor, muy profesionales, atentos y muy amigables, el sector súper central a todo, lo recomendaría una y mil veces, gracias México, gracias Puerto Vallarta y gracias al hotel paramar, los llevamos en el corazón 🙏

Everything was excellent as expected. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back again. Excellent staff, service, and breakfast was great.

We were greeted with smiles and a very helpful bellboy. Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. We were in need of pesos and wanted to get the best rate so one of the front desk staff thoroughly explained how to get to the nearest bank. The breakfast and service staff were so friendly and polite.
