Clean room

It was a good location , staff was very helpful clean rooms and hotel

Fantastic hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I booked this hotel in a great hurry as my vrbo was awful and I needed to leave it asap. What I did not see was that the booking was non refundable. I had booked it for 5 nights because thats what I booked my vrbo for, but realized when I got there, (in less than 20 minutes) that I only really needed it for 1 night as this would cost me more than my vrbo. I explained my situation to them, and the team at vrbo did their best, but they still decided to charge me for 5 nights. Very disappointed that they would not give me an allowance of some kind given my extremely distressed situation when I booked.

Booked a basic twin room, it was larger than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Beautifully clean, modern bathroom, a safe and plenty of hanging space for clothes. The breakfast was well maintained at all times, nothing ever ran out. Enough good choices, scrambled eggs, bacon & frankfurter sausages in the hot section. Bread, rolls, coissants, pasties the wonderful pastel de natas, cereals, some fruits, ham, cheese and tomatoes. There’s a self help pancake maker which was worth a try! All in all a good hotel, priced keenly too.

Foi excelente! Café da manhã com muita variedade de pães, doces e salgados, frutas de boa qualidade e tudo o que espera de um hotel de porte médio.

Maravilhoso! Voltarei mais vezes! Estadia, atendimento, conforto e café da manhã. Excelentes!!! A localização é ótima. Próximo aos transportes públicos como Autocarro e métro.

The reception staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. However, I must admit that the hotel does not meet what is generally expected of a 4-star property. although the towels and bed linens were clean, I did not like their odor either. In addition, my room had a constant noise, similar to a ventilation system that never turns off. It was also easy to hear doors slamming and the cleaning staff, which shows that the rooms lack proper soundproofing. There is no acoustic insulation on the doors, and it is noticeable that there is a gap between the door and the floor. The bathroom is in need of renovation and have a unpleasant urine odour
