Worst hotel ever. Staff are completely clueless on what’s going on. Bar closes at 1:30. We went there at 11 and waited 20min, no one showed up. Asked the gentleman at the front desk if he can help us out and he didn’t know what’s going on so, he said come by and ask all to the manager tomorrow. We did and they only offered one drink for me and my wife to share. The next day we had our laundry service picked up from the hotel for cleaning. When the company dropped it off the hotel gave one bag of our laundry to another guest and claim the company only gave them one bag. I asked numerous times if they are sure and if there was any other guest who had laundry done and they said no. We had to leave to Cork and contacted the company and they said it was delivered but the lady at the front desk tagged one bag wrong to another room. So we called the hotel, waited over an hour and half on the phone for them to check their cameras and they did give it to another customer! Not a single person apologized this whole time or showed some type of empathy towards us. At this point we were in Cork and told them we will come back the next day which is a 3hr drive. We came back next day the female manger with the glasses on duty was clueless on what’s going on. We explained to her and she said she will call us the same day to see what she can do for the inconvenience. Over a week later and not a single call. Terrible service and management. Stay far away from this hotel.

What an awesome hotel. Great location. Helpful staff , food was excellent both bar and breakfast. Kept our bags after checkout. Nothing bad to say. I'm just upset I couldn't get a second night at the end of the week. Booked fully and now I understand why.
