Great staff at this property . One of my go to hotels in Patong .

It was in the perfect location to be slightly away from Patong Street for Songkran but within walking distance to all the fun! The staff were all very nice & accommodating. The hotel is small but very cute!! The pool access room was perfect for us!!

The best hotel i have ever stay on ..

The staff made this stay so perfect! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and went above whenever possible. The room itself was very clean. The only thing I'd say needed some improvement was the shower stall. It was a little mildew ish. One thing we loved was being able to go downstairs and have a drink at the bar while watching the sunset. We would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were nice, pool is relaxing. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures so that was a bit disappointing overall experience was okay. A great point was walking distance to everything.

Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff and good breakfast. It's about a 20-25 min walk to Bangla road and all the craziness. However, there are some restaurants nearby and a seven eleven. I would stay again.

The stay at the Liv Hotel was absolutely great. The staff were first and foremost very welcoming and kind for the entirety of the stay. When we were set to leave, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The staff did not hesitate to arrange to have us back at our original hotel room, with fresh towels and amenities topped up! The security was also very lovely to the customers, and maintained constant care of who entered and left the hotel, always providing us a warm welcome when we arrived back to the room. The location is also excellent as it is within walking distance to Malin plaza and great food spots. It’s right on the beach and a very short drive to freedom beach, which is absolutely stunning. The centre of the esplanade is also within walking distance. It was not overly loud at this hotel. The hotel was also very clean! I fully recommend this hotel for whoever wants to visit Patong, Phuket.

Room always spotkess and excellent staff akways greetings with very polite special a sweet girl name's Ben, she is very helpful, anything I want to know about hotel, around towns, she help me get all info and explain for me.
