I went with the bunk bed room despite being a solo traveller and was apprehensive cause I just needed a single but the bottom bunk had a little lamp and curtain so at the end of the night it felt like I was being wrapped up in a little nest - bedding so good I didn’t like my bed at home when I went back 😂

Very good hotel a short walk from
the city centre (which helps on price vs the city centre!). Staff are very good, the hotel has a very good atmosphere.

少しがっかり Pros: staff was friendly, good location near the tram and train making it easy to get in/out of the city.
Cons: you can tell this is an old refurbished building, unfortunately it’s not refurbished well. There were gnats everywhere all the time throughout the room and bathroom. The shower drain was clogged, called for maintenance several times and it never got totally fixed. The water would fill the stall which is already awful and uncomfortable but then it would also flood the rest of the bathroom floor. Housekeeping was not thorough at all- I used the kettle to make tea on my first night, and it was never cleaned or replaced (my used tea bags were left inside ) I even found a gnat in one of the mugs provided and left it on the bottom counter to be exchanged but instead the staff returned it to its place with gnat still inside and everything. Makes you question the cleanliness of all the common items in the room.

Amazing apartment (House 1)! My family wanted to stay in since it was so comfortable. Spacious and luxurious, free snacks and drinks when we arrived. Nice bar area. Convenient location.

Great central location - most sights were about 10-20 min away walking. We booked a small room but the bed was comfortable, beautiful large window with a great view and lovely decor. The downstairs bar/lounge area was super comfy and the perfect spot to grab breakfast, a drink, dessert or play a board game. Highly recommend!
