Convenient location nice small hotel great area close to popular attractions

We booked the family room which consisted of two separate rooms that were connected by one main door. The area between the two rooms were perfect for storing our luggage as the rooms are pretty small. The rooms and hotel were very clean and the location was great to walk to the metro or many shops nearby. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet! I am extremely picky and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very small rooms but nice hotel. Breakfast had a lot of options. Staff spoke English and was very helpful.

My husband and I were blown away by the cleanliness of the room and service. I was staying on the 27th floor and it was a great experience.

The room was a good size and very clean with comfortable beds. Great location. When we arrived it was very busy in the small reception, but the crowd dissipated and the staff had time to be more attentive.

The room was perfect for my 5 night stay! The room was spotless and comfortable. House keeping always kept the room fresh for me when I went out for the day, the view from my room was so beautiful.

A bit more of a western style hotel so some of the standards Japanese items like pijamas weren’t there, and the laundry service had to be requested form the front desk rather than the usual coin service from almost every other hotel which is so handy. Having said this, the room was clean and well maintained and more spacious than other hotels.

We had breakfast the first day as it was pretty god. Everything is very clean and tidy. I always felt welcome retuning to the hotel. Sometimes the lobby was filed with luggage but that was because Tokyo has a lot to buy. Yes the rooms are the size of a closet but they are clean and the water pressure was excellent. The hotel has great sound proofing as well and we never heard anyone else except when we were outside our room. We stayed for 2 weeks and love to stay here again Shimbashi station is super close and can get you anywhere ! I wish they had an ice machine, even a small one but the Bar staff were super nice about providing ice for us many nights. We did our laundry at a laundromat and it was pretty easy to get to. Open from 6am to 1am. Laundry Lounge Konparu.

Small room, but very clean and conveniently located hotel
