Amazing attentive staff who remembered your name and were very helpful with questions and booking tours. Thank you Joy, Yssa and Eleen. Buffet breakfast times and variety worked well for visitors from Asia, America and Aussies. Reporting a flickering light was fixed same day. Centrally located which, in my opinion, worked better than some places further out from centre. No noise and air con worked a treat. A number of great restaurants within 5 mins walk. There is no lift but staff will take bags to and from your room

Comfortable place to stay. Helpful and friendly staff. I did tours during the day so I did not need the extra expense of a resort!

Cheap and reasonably clean option (some stains on towels and sheets). Staff friendly and well located. Breakfast was very limited and would suggest to eat elsewhere

Nice hotel friendly staff

Staff was super attentive and greeted me by first name. They were happy to arrange tours as well. Loved that they had fresh coffee available all day.

The hotel is central to shops and restaurants in the middle of Koror. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good but with a limited choice. The staff are fantastic in every way

Loved it

Very clean basic hotel. Friendly staff. Good location in town close to restaurants. ( Tori Tori Japanese, Canoe House for salads, fresh fish and pizza, and Suriyotha for Thai food. The downside was the breakfast, which caters to the largely (90%) Asian clientele: noodles, salad with Russian dressing, white bread toast, corn flakes. Very little fruit, and the juice is like Tang. But this hotel is recommended if you want a clean, no frills place.
