少しがっかり家族と滞在
There's no AC, one small fan inside the room Temp upper 90's..was assigned a room on 3rd floor- no elevator, stated " fully booked " though we were the first 3 guess to check in.,found a spider on the tub!
Did not sleep/rest, checked out as soon as the sun rise !!!
There's supposed to have breakfast, did not see or told where, found time in the room...starts at 7 am( cannot wait to get out ans wait.
Been traveling for years, first time to have this experience/nightmare!!!

The staff was extremely helpful. There is a restaurant on site. During summer months be sure to book an air conditioned room. If you’re flying in for a cruise the next day like we did you might want to request early arrival.

Do NOT book here! We have stayed at many Premier Inns and this was so bad that we cancelled future bookings.
It is summer and we have stayed in other hotels with no air con but this one was terrible. The room was at least 10 degrees hotter than outside - the window was open only an inch and staff refused to open it fully to let any air in. We were seriously concerned for our health that we had to sleep with 2 wet towels wrapped around us. The room was a sauna. Even all our chocolate melted within an hour.
