The Caro easily feels like a hotel that costs 3 times as much. The staff were all super friendly and helpful especially Tom in the restaurant. Everything is extremely clean looks brand new and the breakfast was amazing. The central location is handy and the view of the Dragon Bridge alone is worth staying there for.

Amazing hotel with a great view of dragon bridge, the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is very modern, clean, has excellent amenities such as the infinity pool, spa and coffee shop and in a great location. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of fruits, hot food and coffee/tea and fruit juices

Everything about the Caro was amazing. I had the best room, 1509. The staff was exceptional and as a solo travel it accommodated all my needs. From the tub to the rooftop, best views. I watched the Dragon bridge spectacular from my tub one night and my balcony another. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel.

The hotel outside and inside is beautiful, clean and modern design, rooms were very clean with beautiful views. Excellent location walking to everywhere, five minute walk to the dragon Bridge, 10 minute walk to the famous night market, lots of food options around, very central area right next to the river. breakfast buffet was also very good. Many options. I will definitely stay again next time I come back to Da Nang!

Hotel was still under construction. I booked for its location and roof pool but when I went up to enjoy it they had fool construction being done with lots of construction noise and construction debris. View was nice but lasted 20 minutes with all the racket. Restaurant was good with good local breakfast included. Service over all was decent but not spectacular. Location wasn’t bad for day trips but better to stay on sea side for walking porpoises. But awesome on the weekend for dragon bridge display.

A superb hotel in an outstanding location. The area is vibrant and buzzing, close to Dragon Bridge, with plenty of restaurants nearby - a perfect base with everything on the doorstep. From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us. This is easily the best hotel we have stayed at in Da Nang - fresh, dry, clean, and consistently high quality throughout. The rooms feel crisp and well maintained, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. Everything is thoughtfully provided for a smooth, comfortable, and effortless stay. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really enhanced the overall experience. Ms Clover in the breakfast area was a real standout and a true credit to the hotel. Her warmth, genuine care, and attention to detail were exceptional - she created an experience, remembering guests, anticipating needs, and ensuring everyone felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. She brought a calm, uplifting energy to each morning that set the tone for the day and truly elevated the hotel experience. It’s people like this who set the standard for what outstanding hospitality should be. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be returning next week. Highly recommended.

The Caro is outstanding, the best I have stayed at in Da Nang - it will unquestionably be our first choice hotel whenever we return to Da Nang. The rooms are exceptional - clean, crisp, dry, and fresh. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality sheets, and the bathroom had excellent hot water pressure. The whole room is spotless throughout, and the space smells fresh, dry, and clean, adding to the overall sense of comfort and quality. The hospitality is exceptional, with consistently high standards across every aspect of the stay. Service is warm, friendly, professional, and delivered with genuine care, creating a welcoming, seamless, and truly memorable experience from start to finish. A very special mention must go to Hee, who was outstanding throughout our stay and demonstrated a remarkable natural talent for hospitality. He is warm, highly attentive, and effortlessly in tune with guest needs, delivering service that feels intuitive and genuinely caring. When we extended our stay, he was immediately proactive and handled everything with complete efficiency and ease, ensuring a smooth transition into our new room without delay or inconvenience. His calm, confident approach and ability to anticipate guest needs made the process effortless. Exceptional stay in every respect - a perfect combination of outstanding accommodation and world-class hospitality. Highly recommended.
