Premier Inn is very average as far as hotels are concerned. We basically stayed as a place to sleep overnight while visiting the Highlands. Our room was not very clean. We could see dust throughout the furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall not saying you shouldn’t book it just know what you’re getting into before you book.

Handy for shops and Jacobite train. No aircond - would be unbearable in hot weather. Short staffed so long wait to check in and restaurant closed with no warning or apology

Great breakfast buffet but don’t try to check in early.

Good location, close walk to Main Street.

We foolishly assumed that we would have enough time to pick our luggage up and make it back to our train to Glasgow. This was not the case and I phoned the front desk and the young man had our luggage ready to go so we could throw it in the cab and make it back to the train in 7 minutes. Miraculously we made it because of the young man working on May 30th at 6pm who had a line up people to check in and yet had our luggage ready for us. Thank you so much, we made our train and our next hotel reservation because of you!! We really appreciate it!!

Great location

Super cozy. Restaurant right on site with delicious breakfast. Close to Ben Nevis for hiking and downtown for shopping. Two supermarkets right there. And the train pretty much stops at the door.

we enjoyed our stay in fort William and the Hotel was great. I know housekeeping is working overtime and we did our best to minimize our needs. for the most part I felt everything was clean and in good working order but if I could make a suggestion, it would be to clean the carpet next to the baseboards - I know it's a nitpicky thing, but it could make the difference whether someone sees the room as clean or just average.

We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant attached. Dinner was delicious and catered well to our vegetarian diet. Breakfast was adequate too. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was convenient. Stayed with my husband and 2 kids, would stay again!
