Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. We stayed 2 nights and basically just wandering by ourselves. With that said, the rooms were nice (our family reserved 3), breakfast buffet was nice but all could be better.

Lovely room, very clean
Staff were excellent.
Only 1 restaurant open, was nice, though very limited vegan options for us (realize this is quite the ask in such a remote place) but what we had was nice.
Unfortunately the spa was fully booked so not able to enjoy a massage.

We booked a 3-bedroom Villa, which turned out to be a 1-bedroom Villa plus 2 adjacent room, likening the same building,but not technically in the same house. We needed key cards to go to the 2 extra rooms. Needless to say this was a big disappointment while traveling with a family. We couldn't leave our child in the room upstairs alone!
Besides that, the beach was very dirty and small, with construction happening.
Food was okay (we took half board--it was hotel food, nothing memorable), breakfast was a nice spread, fresh and tasty.
The staff was absolutely fantastic, really from front desk to the restaurant to the playroom. They really made the stay good because of their friendliness and professionalism.
We would not stay again though.
There are too many other nice beaches and resorts in Vietnam.

Overall all good but a couple of things could be improved: friendliness of the client facing stuff and the cleanliness of the beach which was dirty.

I liked my stay and would do it again. The only thing I think they can improve on is the beach area - there are some amount of trash on the beach.

The staff was nice, the villa is perfect for a family but the food was not hot enough, kind of cold and not a lot of choices
