I really enjoyed my stay at KASA in Nashville. The location was convenient, and having an in-unit washer and dryer made my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. The virtual support team was outstanding. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless, with everything handled digitally. I never had any issues with keys, access, or communication. Whenever I had a question, the team was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The parking was excellent and convenient, making it easy to come and go without any hassle. The surrounding area also felt clean and safe, which made my experience even better. Based on this stay, I will definitely consider booking with KASA for many of my future travels. I highly recommend KASA to anyone looking for a convenient, hassle-free, and comfortable place to stay.

We had an amazing experience at The Mint House. We have been to Nashville and stayed in hotels but this was by far the best stay ever. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was huge. The only thing that was odd in the bathroom was the placement of the toilet paper holder. You actually sat on it because it was attached to the vanity next to the toilet. I would suggest removing it and replacing it with a stand alone holder. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My husband loved the mattress and wanted to know how to purchase one.❤️ We were on the side of the building with a less than desirable view, but it didn’t affect our experience. My son came over and I was able to cook breakfast for him. The kitchen was so well equipped. We didn’t use the pool, but it was a beautiful space as was the community room. The free parking is a huge bonus. We were able to get an Uber to go wherever we needed to go! We will definitely be back to The Mint House since our son lives in Nashville. We were 5 minutes from him and 10 minutes from Broadway! 100% recommend The Mint House!

This place is amazing. It’s a little gem less than two mile from broadway or $8 in an uber in (more on return). The units are brilliant, fully equipped with laundry and kitchen facilities. We brought carry on from the uk and didn’t need half of it because we could just launder everything each evening. The bed was so comfy, the pool perfect for my little boy and the roof terrace perfect for a relaxing drink in the evening or breakfast. Don’t let no reception put you off. Comms with the hosts were excellent. We stayed two weeks and asked for brush and mop etc (two weeks needed at least four cleans in my opinion!) so this let me do it to my standards when convenient. Emails were answered super quick and always prompt and professional. We raised a couple of issues which were resolved in no time. Parking is secure and can be reserved once you pick up your hire car and have the plate to hand. Perfectly sized double room and pull out sofa bed (which we never used because our little one still sleeps between us) made a perfect home from home. Cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer … nothing left out. So much better than staying in a hotel room. We could cook when we wanted or eat out or get Uber eats ! The tv allowed personal sign in so all the kids favs are to hand to keep them happy too. So pleased we found it. Only thing is they need more pool side towels because they always run out by 5pm. Other than that … Perfect. Thanks mint house !

No complaints! Everything was top notch

It is a very nice place to stay with families, the kitchen is clean and everything is in order. The washer and dryer is perfect for an extended stay. I would stay again next time in Nashville.
