The hotel notified me that they cancelled my reservation because they had bed bugs. I respected their diligence and appeciated the warning.

ひとりで滞在 · レジャー

When I arrived the room was dirty, there was urine in the toilet there was food on the counter and the bed was on made. There was no one that I could reach and the elevator was broken. They took my money and did not return it. I called Expedia immediately and they could not help me
