Very bad experience. When I arrived, the hotel was closed due to maintenance, yet bookings were still being accepted. I received no prior notice, which was very disappointing. I tried calling the property and your helpline, but no one answered. I then contacted their sales team through the website, and they informed me that my booking had been shifted to another hotel. However, when I reached there, the staff refused my booking, claiming they were fully booked, and their behavior was not helpful. After multiple calls, I was directed to a third hotel. I finally got a room, but it was of very poor quality, with a bad smell and unsatisfactory service. I had traveled from another state to Delhi for just one night before an international flight. I spent about 3 hours searching for hotels, and the taxi driver charged nearly three times the normal fare due to waiting, which cost more than the room itself. This situation was extremely stressful. Despite booking through a reputed platform, my expectations were not met. I couldn’t rest properly and had to return to the airport early. Overall, a very poor and disappointing experience. Thank you!

What I disliked most was that the property was closed for renovation with a big chain and lock hanging on the door. I believe that properties that are closed should not be on offer in the system. I will now have to find out how to claim a refund if the payment has already gone through.
