Like many have said, the neighbourhood is rough and would not recommend walking back to hotel very late at night. Staff very helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean, but some of the stuff (hair dryer and steamer) in the room was not well maintained despite being only a year old. Liked the mini fridge

The outside of the hotel was the disappointing part of our stay as there were several unhoused people laying in front of the entrance and visibly using substances with tournaquets and needles. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds. The coffee maker did not work and there were limited soaps, lotions etc in the bathroom. I expected a bit more for the price we paid.

Clean room, comfortable beds. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool and gym was great.
