The resort was a fun experience and the breakfast was great. The room was modern and well kept. The staff were attentive always willing to help when needed. The beach area and pool were nice and there are always staff ready to assist if needed. There are many activities that are run at this resort although many of them come with an extra fee. It isn't much but it would be nice having more things included without having to pay extra. That being said, this was a great place to stay with many things to keep you occupied. I only went into the main restaurant but it was nice having different options for food.

My family is so glad that we chose this resort for our first stay in DaNang and first visit to Vietnam. The villa was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were great. Nicholas one of the staff members was super helpful through out our stay. We’re already talking about coming back and bringing more family Food at the beachside restaurant was excellent.

The room was clean, not spotless, but clean. The resort was ok. I wouldn't rate this as 5 star resort. 4 stars at best. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. The bell men (luggage handlers) were very nice and helpful. Nicholas was probably the nicest staff member we encountered. The spa employees were also nice. The breakfast buffet was lacking. We paid to have breakfast included but we only ate there one time during our week and a half stay. It was just blah. Our room had a private pool which was nice, but there's no steps or stairs to climb UP into the pool, so that was awkward. The fridge in the room was useless because it keeps things at room temp. Housekeeping never removed the take out food or room service dishes. They just pilled them up on the wet bar all week. We finally asked them to remove them and they did. Next time we ordered food, they left them again. We had so many dishes and boxes on check out day. The AC wasn't cold, it was cool, but should definitely be colder. The area to the left of the hotel looks like a landfill with so much trash. The right side wasn't any better. TV had the absolute worst reception. We'd come back after a day of excursions and just want to watch TV to unwind. Nope, the picture would constantly cut in and out. The hotel lobby was always hot. Pros: our pool was always cool and refreshing, the bed was comfy, the location was good, and the massages in the spa were great. However this place looks way better in pics than real life.

Terrible experience at this resort. I gave my feedback to a staff member, Nicolas, who was 1 of 3 employees that was friendly and helpful. A guest should never call the reception desk multiple times without getting a hold of someone. I mean, what if it was a medical emergency?? They simply just don’t care here. Mold is another topic in their dining room ceiling and my sisters hotel room when they checked in the first day. House keeping barely cleans and trash/room service is never picked up even when left outside. Reception and dining staff are not friendly whatsoever. This was probably the worst hotel or resort that I have ever stayed at. I couldn’t wait for the 8th day to check out and I felt this on day 1.

We booked an ocean view room with private pool. It was amazingly beautiful. Great breakfast buffet. Would stay again!

The place was nice and our suite was beautiful. We booked the suite with the pool, and my kids loved the pool. Now here's my complaint. There were never enough towels in the room, so I kept having to ask for more from housekeeping. Considering there's a pool, they should know we will be needing more than 4 towels a day. Especially when there's 3 people in the suite. (Suite usually sleeps 4) Another thing, housekeeping was iffy. One day our room would be clean and the next it looked like they barely cleaned anything and only made the bed. Dishes in the sink weren't taken away either. They never changed our new cups for us at the bar. Pillow was tossed on one side. I even tipped housekeeping to make sure they would do a better job next time and take the dishes out. The dishes from us ordering room service. And then check out. Make sure you dont lose a key card! Cause they'll charge you for it! I booked 3 rooms for my entire family, my son misplaced a key card and I was charged for it. Back in the states we would just toss them. But whatever.

This was the worst stay i had in all of vietnam. Upon arrival i was let down to find out the the pool closes at 7 pm which is so inconvenient because we went to the resort for the pool. secondly the pool area is so small, there were only like 15 loungers available out of the whole giant resort. the swim up bar was stupid and they expected you to bring your cash through the pool instead of just charging it to our room. anyways first day there i come home from dinner and there’s a huge COCKROACH in our room and i was not having it i immediately packed up all my stuff and demanded either a refund or a different room. it wasn’t until midnight that they got up a different room. the breakfast was decent. but i hated this hotel i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants to go on vacation and relax because everyone lets their kids run around crazy and loud. worst resort i’ve ever been to. the laundry was super expensive too it was $30 for ONE load of laundry. i truly hated it there

It was a wonderful property! Super clean and intimate; the staff and service was amazing!

Very well organised property, helpful staff with excellent amenities, the buffet breakfast is amazing.
