Great location for walk to local shops and restaurants

Checked out within 2 hours of checking in. Pictures are misleading,.deluxe room had no chairs on balcony, over looked a tin roof , bedding was dirty, bathroom was falling apart and safe was not safe as it could be picked up and carried out of room. Staff unhelpful

It served a need of being close to bus station for trip to Bangkok next day..bit remote from Beach Road area but walkable and used tuk tuk back so all good. Disappointed to see some food sampling at buffet and reusing spoon. Get in early. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool which I used twice. Bed nice room nice.

방은 밝고 냄새가 나는 정도는 아니지만 오래되었고, 리젼시라는 이름이 적당하지 않다. 청소도 잘 안되어서 앞의 사람이 사용한 면봉이 화장실에 그대로 있었음. 스태프들은 친절함. 위치가 외진곳에 있어 썽타우를 타기 적합하지 않고 오토바이나 그랩 아니면 많이 걸어다녀야 함. 밤에는 음악소리가 크게 들려 숙면을 취하는데 방해가 됨.

Twin bed very light and rolls. Shower drain smells. My room did not have view on wall 1m so no light or sun at all. Ok for two nights stay.

Toilet and shower was not good they was mould and shower was broken

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I expected. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I felt very good staying here. I was impressed from the moment I checked in. The reception staff were welcoming, kind, polite, and always smiling. The room was very clean. The bed was soft and fragrant. Everything was complete. The housekeeper was also very kind. The swimming pool was very large and extremely clean. I will definitely bring my family back to stay again.

The staff at this hotel truly made my stay exceptional. While the property is a standard 3-star hotel, the professionalism and genuine friendliness of every team member—from the front desk to the house cleaners—were outstanding. They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful, providing accurate and timely information. They are one of the best hotel teams I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.
