Would caution anyone wanting to stay here. Confirmed my booking 3 weeks prior to our stay and indicated the time of our arrival as requested by the property owner. When we arrived, we were unable to get in contact with the property owner to let us in. Eventually, we were messaged back and were told that since we hadn’t confirmed we were at high risk of losing the booking, despite the fact that we had already paid and confirmed our booking. We were told that we were lucky the owner was close and could let us in. We were promptly charged a cash tourist tax for 2 nights, a significantly higher tax than we were charged at any other hotel we stayed during our trip. We were told that if we didn’t pay we would lose our booking. The property cleanliness and conditions were okay.

Actually a gorgeous little apartment with living room area, dining & kitchen. Clean, in a nice little area away from the chaos but still accessible to city. Only complaint is surely the tv would be better in room with the couch. So why the low score? The weekend I was there hot water was off. I appreciate this probably isn’t an issue most of the time, but it did affect my stay there greatly

I went in Octuber and it was a great place to stay!

Probably the smallest noisiest room have ever stayed at in 74 years. The noise from others was non stop all night long. No reception desk to complaints and no sign of any staff for the 3 days and nights we stayed. Do NOT stay there!

Stayed one night. Difficult to find since there’s no name placard. But called and she came right to the door. Toilet leaks terrible and I let them know. The window in the kitchen needs a curtain for privacy. They only take cash for the guest tax. Wish I knew prior but she was fine with me leaving it for her. Otherwise super cute basement studio.

It was a nice, clean, and spacious room. Not a far walk from the train station. Would recommend.

Affordable, and a place to sleep. No complaints, but nothing to write home about.

It's a guestroom. There's graffiti outside but inside it's very neat. The good thing is you can cook something: there's a small stove and a small refrigerator. The owner had to wait for us for long time since we just flew in and had problems with the purchased SIM cards at the airport, and then due to the tram line construction it took us forever to get to the hotel from Termini. The only suggestion would be an AC.
