少しがっかり The hotel staff refused to provide a room for 1 hour, falsely claiming that we had no reservation. This is the worst Expedia Hotel experience I've ever had. Expedia customer care also did not provide any immediate solution.

It seems hotel was just quickly built up to make up money during Mahakumbh. Too expensive for the services offered. No dining available. AC was not working. Bathroom fixtures were not properly done.

少しがっかり Place is under construction, 1 room had no running water, other room had water but pipes leaking, rats/mice dripping all over the place, pic are fake, very rude staff, no place for food as building still under construction. Expedia need to remove this hotel from site.
