Noone is at the property, so you need to call for them to come and they made me feel like it was a hassle to do so. Really felt uncomfortable with that experience.

Clean room and comfortable bed.
Parking was a bonus behind a locked gate with plenty of space.
No tea or coffee making facilities
Breakfast is up the road at a bar and is a cup of tea and croissant or coffee.
