Not recommended. Microwave was broken & no hot water to shower

Canceled my reservation the day i checking. I still waiting for my refund.

Problems: • The “Get directions” link took me to a completely different hotel about 4 km away. • The address on the booking was also wrong (about two blocks away). • I went to several wrong locations with my luggage. One place was only a bar that had nothing to do with my hotel. • I had no local phone, so I had to turn on UK international roaming and make long calls to the numbers provided. • After about 30 minutes on the phone I was told my room had been given to someone else and I should go to “Demark 3” and wait while they arrange room. • I waited Demark 3 for 30 min , then was called again and I have been sent to another address, then waited again with no key until someone finally arrived after another 30 min.

Pros: I appreciated the communication and the driver service at the start of the trip, and the location was fantastic. Stores and grocery all in the building. Cons: communication and replies immediately stopped as soon as I had paid my money for the stay, which was unfortunate. This is not a hotel, it is an apartment that is rented to travelers, so do not trust them when they say they will help you with your bag storage on the day of checkout. Someone will come up to your room and tell yo checkout, and inspect the room while you rush to get out of their way. The apartment was okay at best, having dirty sheets with hair on them that we had to wash ourselves. Exposed wires coming out of the ceiling and walls as well. Overall, would not stay again for this price and now knowing that we would be treated like a payment and not a family staying in their apartment.
