Kayla (the main staff member I interacted with) was amazing! Super friendly and helpful and accommodating. I was running the Cape Town Marathon and she helped ensure a smooth experience the entire way.

The staff was beyond helpful, very friendly, was a delight to engage with. The few from my room was great. The restaurant connecting to the Tropicana was fabulous. All in all I will be going back.

There is no air-conditioning in either of the bedrooms only in the living room. Having AC in the bedroom would be a great improvement.

Rooms were niely cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool area is nice and the area around the hotel has many nice returants and is a block away from the Seapoint waterfront promenade. We were very happy wth our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Tropicana, it’s a modern hotel in a great location with restaurants cafes and bars all walkable distance. The rooms were clean, had security at the entrance and was very convenient having the juno cafe next door. Only downside was the top floor pool is quite small but there are several pools by the pavilion if you want to go swimming.
