Our stay in this place is amazing. The view in our room is priceless. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is perfect . Miss feeding the fish in pond.Highly recommended this place.

最高 We absolutely loved our stay. We had a Mountain View room, which provided incredible views. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided an extra bedroom which we were not expecting. The air temperature control worked very well, so you could be as warm or cool as you wanted without a problem. This is something that is very important to us. When we arrived via the hotel shuttle, we were immediately greeted by the hotel dogs, Heidi and Rich. Being animal lovers, this was fantastic. We fed them treats and exchanged lots of pets and hugs throughout our visit.
The hotel’s chef was out sick and the hotel provided us a full time driver that took us wherever we needed to go throughout our visit. He was kind and thoughtful. Rich even joined us in the car for a ride:).We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone at the Celestial Village.

Unmatched views right from the room. So comfortable and restful. The staff will make you feel right at home, and always go above and beyond to accommodate your stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable.
Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.

View at the property is stunning and the staff provides a very high level of service. I also made some furry friends which greatly enhanced my experience. 🌞

最高 The location offer a perfect calm and relaxing expérience. With an incredible mountain view. The staff is incredibly kind and helpfull with all activity. They offer ou a transport option.
We tried 2 types of rooms both was incredible but the superior room for 4 pax has a stunning view. Even if it's foggy it's a perfect experience !

The property is very beautiful and unique, staff was super helpful. The only shortcomings is the breakfast, everyday has the same limited menu.

Amazing experience at Celestial Valley. The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything via wechat and arranged all park tickets and transportation for everywhere we needed to go. The room and views were spectacular, and looked exactly like the hotels.com photos. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay. John in particular was very helpful as he spoke English, but all the other staff too were always able to step in and support right away.

This is one of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed in my life! Very clean with friendly staff and cute animals roaming around. The views are absolutely spectacular! Would stay again and would definitely recommend to any friends or family.
