Staff was not helpful at all. When we entered the room at 3pm, the room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned yet. Reached out to the staff and they said all we ca do is try to get ahold of the owner. Called the hosting company and they said we would get late check out at 12pm but a housekeeper with out knocking came into the room at 11pm. Support over phone said we would receive a credit and still haven’t received it. Overall was a horrible stay and would not recommend! PLS BOOK ELSEWHERE!

The room was in good condition and good location. The problem is we had no wifi or ability to watch TV the entire stay, and the owner has yet to respond to our concerns still to this day.

The condo is well-located and has a good layout, but the unit has a strong chemically smell (like from laundry detergent). It hits you as soon as you walk in. After our son had difficulty breathing at night, we at first tried washing the sheets with unscented detergent, hoping to get rid of the smell. It took us a few days to realize that the unit owners used that smell to mask the mold in the apartment, which seems to emanate from the HVAC closet to the right of the doorway. Three people out of the five in our party got sick because of the mold. We ended up having to go to urgent care (initially thinking it was the flu or something similar), and they confirmed that it was an allergic reaction. We just got home, and all of our clothes now smell like mold - we have to wash or dry clean them ASAP. I believe the owners know about the mold and use strong fragrances to mask it. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET SICK!!!

I like the city view and location. Everything was in walking distance. The rooms was ok but not up to pardon. Everything was dusty things needed to be fixed. Show was mildew, shower stayed filled with water went down slowly. Balcony doors did not lock/ latches was broken, shower head rusty, my bed was on the floor, mattress and box spring. Everything just was right wit this condo for the amount of money I've paid to stay there.

We stayed 4 nights, in family and spent a great time. The apartment is very comfortable to receive 6 people. There are 2 rooms. 1 main room, with a king size bed, private bathroom. 1 room, with 2 queen beds, in private bathroom. There is a sofa bed to complete if needed. Nice view, partial ocean view. Small terrace to enjoy with a drink. 2 pools, 1 jacuzzi, etc... plus private parking (1 place). However, what would be appreciated is to have more cooking dishes, especially for the oven. Good location in Brickell
