The staff was fantastic. Our flight got canceled so we needed somewhere to crash. The hotel is old and not updated, AC was not very good and it was hot in Florence. It got us through the night. The location is not great if looking for convenience, there is nothing really around and near highway

The room was basic and it was a bit noisy, but the staff were wonderful. There is a public bus out the front that goes into the centre of town.
