This was my second stay with the Aram hotel. Excellent staff service. They helped with anything that I needed including upgrading our room from a double bed to a full suite, loading all luggage and carry ons from room to car, guiding with all necessary information and so on. I recommended them highly if you are okay with walking 12-15 min to the Haram.

The staff Imran was really great! He upgraded our room for free. He arranged a ziyarah ride for us. The hotel is only 15 min walking from the masjid Nabawi. Also 9 min walk from Bilal Masjid and Market. The price was very reasonable. I wish they had breakfast options but they have a restaurant just in front.

Room service,cleanliness was excellent. Staff was very friendly,helpful and smart. Place clean,tidy and cool value for money,shops nearby Masjid.

Bathroom are very bad, worst condition of shower, sink, drain.
Shops are very close.
Staff are good.
