The staff were friendly and management helped me negotiate in what was a potentially difficult situation. Special mention to Duty Manager John, Security Manager Samuel for their patience and understanding. I can never mention all reception staff by name but Samuel, Ann, Joy the ever smiling Betty the quietly efficient Isaac. I would recommend this place again and again fantastic amenities and location

the hotel is very well located to the mall and has great parking plus the staff are very helpful. it is a newly opened hotel so you see a few teething issues but nothing major.

One of the most peaceful and best stays. From staff to the yummy breakfast, great room service options, washing machine a dryer and the gym. Excellent views, pool and overall great location which is walking distance to the Sarit mall. Thank you for taking such great care of us xoxo

It is a relatively new hotel, so still clean and not showing signs of wear and tear yet. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The only couple of issues we had were the length of time it took for our luggage to be delivered to the room, and that if things ran out at breakfast it wasn't spotted unless you pointed it out to them.
