We absolutely loved the location and the kindness and professionalism of the staff in the lobby. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well stocked. We felt very safe.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Rooms / apartment was as described! Everything (restaurants, trains, etc.,) was in close proximity. The staff were kind, friendly and professional! I shared my experience with my family and friends. I’ll definitely be back!

Great location and lots of space, especially for NYC. The apartment had lots of light and easy access to lots of restaurants and the subway. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was very well kept also extremely spacious also the front desk was very kind and helpful

The hotel was nice BUT we had alot of issues our entire stay with the shower. It leaked terribly, we had to use several mats to mop up the flood.. We had to keep getting new mats because it was soaking all of them and going down to the toilet Maintenance came and said they knew about it!!! They then returned a few days later with another shower head.. well that got even worse and even damaged my bar soap as the water kept going down in my container and swelling the soap by the next morning. So staff were lovely but I’m not happy to pay a cleaning fee after checkout of $$$$ when we ahvw been cleaning up water for the whole stay. And plus the mildew in the shower was sow thing I’ve never seen before at any hotel in all my years. I took videos and pictures as we were in awe. So I do think that the extra charge to clean our room should be returned because that is ridiculous.

Very nicely upgraded and next best thing to home. Units are new newer which is a real plus when away from. Very clean and have everything thing you need to cook if you like. A great find for Manhattan. We've already booked our next stay.

We picked Dutch One because of roof top. When we got there, the rooftop was under construction. We were not told ahead of time that this was that way we had planned on going there in the evenings, then asked about it. The front desk person was very rude. Also, we asked for two extra towels because we were there several nights and he told us he couldn’t help us with that we needed to wash our own. I felt like we should’ve been offered a discount since the amenities that we were promised were unavailable.
