Everything is perfect in this hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff. I enjoyed very much my stay. Highly recommend this place

This is a high-quality hotel set in the Coex Magok conference centre. So it is ideal for staying when at a conference there. The room was a bit small for two beds but the beds were comfortable. It was therefore not ideal for two people to move around easily. The shower was not so easy to use and the light switches a bit counterintuitive. The elevators also were a bit confusing at first. The pool was really great. The cafe was nice. The staff were excellent. The restaurants in the basement B2 were really excellent and plentiful. The surrounding area is new and feels a bit unfinished, but overall the hotel is a great choice if you need to visit this area. Also transport options are excellent, including to airports.

Room was really clean and staff super nice, everything was beyond expectation except you need to pay for toothbrushes which was funny. But it was clear listed out, not to blame anyone, just feel funny.

It is first time stayed here and I really appreciated that the services are amazing.

Outwith main area if seoul but plenty places to eat and drink round about. The hotel itself part of conference centre and has restaurants, convenience stores and subway access all underneath building. The rooms were clean and modern. Used pool and it was ideal.

Super clean property in a really nice area. The staff was very helpful and polite. The amenities were readily available and quite wide ranged to support..
