Very good price, location and room for what you pay. Just had an unusual check in process and I had to wait longer than normal to check in. Be ready for that.

Had a brilliant stay at the Heavencrest Apartment and the apartment is clean ,spacious and very close to all amenities. The check-in team was really helpful and supportive with all our needs Rooms : 2 nice large rooms with 1 ensuite bathroom (another room with separate bathroom but attached balcony) Kitchen has a separate balcony too and kitchen is fitted with all necessary kit (Crockery/kettle/toaster microwave dishwasher etc) Taxi's easily available outside the apartment building and plenty supermarket and cafes nearby . Dubai mall -5 mins walk..(come out of building -10 mtr walk into Address hotel -escalater to china town ) you are in Dubai mall The room service team was really helpful and available to support via WhatsApp chat between 9am - 8pm ...for anything else ,they have security team at reception in case of any issues The deposit we paid was refunded within 25 hours after checking out so overall an amazing trip.. Thanks to heaven crest team..would definitely be coming back !!!

The place is nice but I wish they provided a small amount of laundry soap, paper towel, extra toilet papers, and a bit more of shampoo and conditioner. I was there for over a week and had to buy toilet papers. At the end of my stay, I was informed that toilet paper can be requested. I wish I was informed that before my stay. The property is in the very good location. I just cross the street and Dubai Mall is there.

This building is located right across Address Hotel Dubai; we use to go thru this hotel lobby to get to Dubai Mall, only 2 min walk. The location is AMAZING!!.. the appartmwnt is comfy, clean and mordeen. The pool and terraze amazing. Recomended 100%!!

Well equipped and clean apartment. Very good location and staff were very helpful and friendly. The only flaws is that an unpleasant odour omitted from the bathroom. Overall it was a good experience staying here.

Location was excellent, less than two minute to Dubai mall, apartment was clean. Staff was very welcoming and customer centric. The only suggestion will be to have a phone number to call instead of texting only.
