No lift. Also bathroom can be better. Excellent location

My wife and I were stranded motorists at a nearby auto park with a flat tire, awaiting help from a local garage. The staff from the hotel picked us up and brought us to the lodge, then later, returned me to pick up the car. Above and beyond hospitality!

The room was clean with a lovely view ! We had dinner at the hotel too, our meals were excellent ! Highly recommend that hotel.

Checked in, desk clerk gave us the time breakfast was served and told us (4 of us who all heard her) that breakfast was included. Went to the room, old and outdated, black mold all over the bathroom walls, room smelled moldy. Only redeeming factor was a great view. Went for dinner in hotel restaurant, food was overpriced and not good. My 30£ steak was pan fried minute steak that weighed in at about 3 ounces. Burgers were store bought. Not good at all. To top it all off, when we went to check out, they told us that we owed for the breakfast they said was included. Total scam. Obviously a scam too because when we had dinner in the restaurant they brought us a bill. When we had breakfast they didn’t. But added it to the room charge. Manager denied anyone would tell us breakfast was included but my family if 4 all heard her say it was when we checked in. Would not recommend

A good overnight stopover after leaving a late boat at Mallaig . Centrally located hotel with parking adjacent to main road . Staff were helpful and obliged us with dinner tho the kitchen routinely closes at 8.30 . Bedroom had all the usual amenities . There was a nice library , whisky room available for guests .

The place was just OK...not great but not horrible. There is a house next door that looks like some frat building from Animal House and it's a little offputting...

DO NOT STAY HERE. Woke up to bed bugs and left early AM to wash clothes/luggage etc. luckily a 24hr laundry station was near by. Left detailed note with key about the situation. Still have not received a refund and it’s been over a month. Had to make numerous trips to pharmacy at the start of vacation to address bed bug bites. Main floor men’s bathroom was disgusting. A pool of urine was literally on the floor. Another guest also commented about the lack of cleanliness. Stay somewhere else.

Had a loch view at front of the hotel. Best part the room with a snug like area at front with amazing view over loch and the surrounding hills.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I liked the parking area. The room was big with a sitting area that had the most beautiful views of the mountains.
