Loved this place. It had all the amenities you could ask for and it was super clean. We really enjoyed the hot spring foot bath on the porch. Only issue I had was that our tour we were on before reaching here finished early, so we got to the property 2 hours before check in time. You couldn't access the common area to wait for check in nor were there any benches outside, so we ended up sitting on the ground under the hot sun - would have been nice if they had had a small shaded area with bench outside that we could have waited in.

Room was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the facility.

We had a lovely stay here with my family of four. The unit is self sufficient and had everything you needed. The spa and sauna were great as well. It’s in a remote area and without a car it was difficult to get to food but there’s a vending machine on property with food options.

No es un lugar cercano a nada en especia si no eres japonés, no hay restaurante, la máquina de ventas de lobby no trabaja si no tienes la aplicación y sin un número de teléfono de Japón no te llega el código y llegando de noche sin haber comido es complicado, no llama Uber Eat ni otra aplicaciones amigables con habla hispana o habla inglesa, la información no está clara en inglés dentro de las habitaciones, no hay un verdadero flujo de información. Muy decepcionado

Fantastic experience!

Great amenities and wonderful place

Onsen and footbath in the room/balcony in a private setting plus projector and the location are all worth the price. Flexibility in checkout time by even an hour was not entertained and in general no changes post reservation. Some snacks and drinks were complimentary and a nice tpuch. If you plan to cook, bring all ingredients for cooking including oil, salt, pepper.

Amazing place! Highly recommended! I was blown away by the property!! Huge, beautiful, open and very comfy!

Beautiful room but traveling in the evening seemed like taxi was the only option.

It was very luxurious and clean.
