Extremely good wotif didn’t make sure there was space available before confirming booking but palm Hamilton backpackers still went out of their way to make sure I had a safe place to sleep

The people and the community sense

Rude owner and they didn't give me back my deposit for linen

I was surprised how clean and quiet it was. The staff were very helpful and even got us a ride to the airport. It wasnt fancy but a clean, quiet, safe, basic place to spend the night. I would go there again and recommend it to friends

What a Lovely Place to Stay quiet and Enjoyable

I am awaiting a reply and credit as they were full and yet they took my booking? i never stayed there.

The place was disgusting with food all over the ground and no sheets on the bed. When I asked for sheets they were still damp and was told to put them on myself. Did not feel safe and place was not in living conditions. Been traveling around the world staying at backpackers the last year and an half and this was the worst spot I have booked by far. Ended up booking a room next door. Highly recommend not going here.

It was good relaxing close to shops and ferry that you can’t go wrong with
