The place is secure and requires a code to get in. Communication with the owner was great. We had a late check in and she was in constant communication and there when we areived. She was very accommodating and even helped me get a bag back to the tour guides we usednfornour 4 day Inca trail trip. The decor was lovely. Breakfast was simple but filling. We did get a room close to the street and since it is a historic home there isn't a lot of insulation so you can hear the traffic go by. The location is great and close to everything. Highly recommend.

I’m not even sure this place can be called a hotel, but staying here for one night was far worse than the worst nightmare I’ve ever had. We couldn’t sleep at all and had to wait until 5 a.m. for a nearby hotel to open, then rushed out and moved immediately.
If you want to experience an unforgettable Halloween night for the rest of your life, this is the place to go.

The room was beautiful and the balcony was nice to let air in. The bathroom was very nice, I am 71 and had no issues. I am a solo traveler and appreciated they didnt bother me! They have hot water for tea, coffee and water out for you too. They store luggage there too.

We arrived very late but they contacted us with information on how to access the hotel and our room. The room was very nice and comfortable. They have a lovely inside garden perfect for our meeting with the tour guide for our tour. They were able to keep our bags while we traveled to the mountains for several days and had hot tea and coffee all day. We did not try the breakfast because we left before 6am.

The service was superb. They communicated with me before my arrival since we arrived very late and left very early. They have a convenient storage to keep our bags while we trecked to Machu Picchu. They have coffee and hot tea and water in the lobby all day and offer breakfast. The space is very cute with comfortable indoor gardens and sitting areas for relaxing.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were cozy. Nice location in center of town.
El personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones eran acogedoras. Buena ubicación en el centro del pueblo.
