Clean rooms equipped with all necessary items, staffs are efficient and quick to responses.

Overall, wonderful stay with my family at this location. Right beside LANDMARK 81 and Vincom mall, a minute walk. Great location. Big thanks to the host An for taking caring of our stay and also going above and beyond! Truly appreciate the hospitality and recommend this stay for family and friends.

We stayed here for several nights, and while we initially tried to be understanding, the experience ultimately fell far below expectations. For the price and size of the apartment, we were willing to overlook the fact that the unit did not match the photos advertised online. However, the condition of the apartment made that difficult. It was noticeably dirty, there were ants throughout the space, and the air conditioning unit was leaking from the ceiling, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Communication with the host was also inconsistent. At times, responses would come a day later, and when we asked a simple question about access to the pool (which was shown in the listing photos), we never received any reply. The main reason for this low rating, however, is the checkout experience. The host sent a staff member to handle our checkout, and despite confirming the time the day prior, he arrived 15 minutes late. When he did arrive, he was unfriendly, did not greet us, and offered no assistance with luggage. Instead, he went straight to the bathrooms, gathered the towels, laid them out on the bed, and attempted to charge us extra to “bleach” them because he claimed they were dirty. When we refused, he made inappropriate and offensive comments about Viet kieu like us, saying we should not return to Vietnam. This was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. Although the host later sent a message apologizing and explained that the staff member was new, it felt like a weak

I’ll give it an average instead of poor… they said I can’t use the outdoor pool since I’m not a resident! LOL. Also, the microwave is broken. I damaged the bath towel because I left it on the floor after using it. Am I willing to go back? BIG NO. The Gym was okayed but not the best.

Kitchen was fully equipped. I had absolutely no problems with staff and host was responsive. Did not use gym.

Apartment was very dusty and dirty and run down.

The response time of the host was very fast. Very quick check in and check out process

Great location, enjoyed taking walks around Vinhomes Central Park. An was amazing to assist us through the process, make sure the place was clean, and help us with anything we needed.

Clean and comfortable room. The hostess is very cordial and helpful.
