Disgusting bathroom tile coming up off the ground sheets were stained and I never saw the staff

I chose not to stay at this location because the staff (Alex), wanted charge me extra and refused to honor the online price quoted. He said because the room I booked was no longer available due to early morning check ins.

The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer.

The Employees/Owners Were Friendly As Welcome To There Facility. Very Quiet, was able to Relax and enjoy a Cold drizzly morning.

THEY DO NOT HAVE 2 beds! We were placed in room 7. Ac was moldy. Make shift night stands fell apart. Dirty floors. No hot water. The closet was atrocious. All that is fine. But WHAT IS NOT FINE IS THE $$$ additional they want to charge when you get there. I had no idea about this fee and asked if I could pay it in the morning. That was before we saw the room. He kept my id and in the morning I asked about the condition of room and the 2 beds. The owner who drives a luxury suv said we don’t offer 2 beds so too bad. And the $ is not a deposit but rather an additional fee for booking online. WT French toast?!?! Do not stay here. The lady who was at the counter was awesome. But the man is a hell to the no. The door was busted and the air and bugs would come in through the hole in the bottom. These pictures are not from the hotel. These are pics from somewhere else. This is not at all like it was advertised.

I have been trying to get a refund the second I reserved a room because it was not what I expected when I arrived. They haven’t answered since and they are not answering the agents when they try to call them.
