I have stayed here before with pretty good results. This time literally EVERYTHING was terrible including the toilet that did not flush properly at any given time, and at some times not at all. When I asked to be moved I was told "NO" then a guy came up and "fixed" it (which I had done twice already obviously it wasn't fixed it just managed to flush again for 1 try). Since I was leaving the next day I just left the yuk for them. The morning buffet is more scant than it ever has been, the AC was sporadic at best. I think this was my 3rd stay, and I can honestly say NEVER AGAIN.

Wonderful and super helpful staff! Location was 10/10 and the room was just what we needed!

This is not my first stay here but it will be the last.

位置非常好，马路对面就是地铁，去机场和市区景点非常方便，傍边的大公园也是打卡景点，还有个百货公司。唯一就是房间小但是设施全，包早餐，前台工作人员很好，会推荐给朋友。

Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The room was fine. The shower design was interesting... breakfast was basic. It was OK for one night but overpriced.

Room was basic, almost without daylight. Room needs renovation. Breakfast was basic, but ok. Metro station is just opposite the hotel and it's big advantage

Quarto limpo, equipe atenciosa e localização perfeita

Room was clean, staff was helpful and at good location as it is opposite to the Parque Metro station. No other amenities (not even an electric kettle) in the room. The room needs maintenance and options at breakfast could be improved.

Buena relación precio calidad, muy rico y completo desayuno

A localização do hotel é ótima, em frente à estação Parque do Metro. A limpeza do quarto estava impecável, sempre muito bem arrumado. O atendimento na recepção foi bom, sem muita cordialidade, mas atendendo ao que necessitava. O que deixou muito a desejar foi o café da manhã, bem fraco. Teve um dia que só havia uma opção de pão. Não havia a quem pedir para fazer um ovo mexido, nem uma chapa pra aquecer o pão. O salão do café era bem arrumado e limpo, porém cheirava a ovo cozido.
