Great value for what you’re paying , great location. Tv didn’t work, but I was never in the room to watch anyway. Great little 24hr laundromat right across the alley entrance. Place was very clean, great staff

少しがっかり Hood location but the room could have been much better cleaned, mattress was terribly hard and "expired", towels were old and falling apart and the room had no windows.

Staff is very nice. Room isn't clean, left overs of hair from previous guests, towels are with stains. The shower is old and the sower tap is broken. Room opens with a mail box key, not giving you a sense of security. Walls are thin as well as the doors so every little sound is disturbing. The environment is not that bad. Definitely not recommended for any kind of stay.

The bedsheets were dirty, the shower wasn’t clean, the hot water didn’t work, and the tv didn’t work. They promised to move me to a room upstairs and forced me to stay in a room that I didn’t want to stay in. They were very rude, and the manager hung up in my face when I asked for a refund! Overall, it was a horrible experience, and Expedia didn’t have my back the way o though they would as a company. I want a full refund!

Kind stuff and helpful, location good
But the room was terrible and I don’t like it , and when you turn off the light you can’t receive electricity at your room , also WiFi was terrible 😞
