Not cleaned only changed mattress covers Dusty environment causes sick

AC not working well

While the price was relatively low for a 3-night stay, I was overall disappointed with this one. The room wasn’t very clean: floor had clumps of hair and dust, stains on walls, stains in the bathtub, clumps of lint on the fan screen. The WiFi connection was only available for about 50% miles of the time, and would shut off unpredictably. The heater/AC unit didn’t work at arrival. All of these issues were reported to the host, but the only way to communicate with them is through this Expedia app, and there is a long delay before receiving a response. And the responses were stock phrases or AI-generated, revealing a lack of care. One time it was suggested I provide photos of dirt to email address “————@————.——-“. Didn’t exactly feel like there was much sincerity with providing service. I’m old-fashioned, and much prefer to communicate directly with a human voice. There’s just a lack of communication and follow-up. There was somebody sent to check out the heater after the first night. It was fixed but again, it was not communicated to us.

Room was not clean. Hair on the floor, bed etc. Even the floor seemed dirty. Tried reaching out to Expedia but they wouldn't refund me for the second day. WiFi details were not available and when I reached out to the property they replied the next day.

Clean room small

Walking distance to at least three different train lines makes for getting around Tokyo easier. An abundance of conveniece stores is nice as well

Très accessible par le métro. Instructions de l’hôte très clair. Appartement dans un quartier tranquille. Confortable, propre, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Plenty of room

There was a family mart and 7-11 within walking distance. Easy access to two train stations. Also close to a steak house open in the evenings. It was easy to access, a great size for families and a safe location.

Room looks bigger in pictures. No place for luggage. Very small for 4 people. Motion sensor in bathroom for light. If you don’t move light goes out which is a little annoying. People nice. Self check in/out. No room service if you stay more than one day. We managed but very cramped. 2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child.
