Its like 5 min away from the airport and its a new hotel. The price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly when we checked in and our room was beautiful with a small little exercise nook. Everything smelled very clean and fresh. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

Amazing property very helpful. Staff rooms were very clean and overall a nice and friendly environment if you’re looking for somewhere to stay a long time or a short time.

From the day I arrived in Orlando, my experience was not good. No one answering to send a shuttle for pick up, requested my room be cleaned 2 days consecutively, it never was, the on-site “restaurant” had limited hours, and one day the person seating and accommodating customers was also the cook, the shuttle for my return to the airport was delayed. It appears the property doesn’t have sufficient staff to accommodate its guests, and doesn’t equate to good customer service. The staff were polite, but were not able to accommodate my requests, they seemed out of their control.
