It was below average hotel ,don’t look at pictures what they posted it’s totally different in person, limited breakfast not many options, old bathrooms and beds are okay overall

Service is good. Room is okay but bathroom is about smelly.

When we got to the hotel, they did not have a room for us. They'd had a system upgrade and lost our booking even though we had already paid 6mths ago. They sent us in a taxi to the sister hotel, which they said we would get the same sort of room. It was not and I would not have chosen to stay there. Complimentary breakfast started at 7 but a day tour picked us up 5mins prior...so no breakfast.

My room comfy. Air conditioning worked well sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Breakfast was great , they had a small buffet of toast, fruits rice dishes and noodles and then a choice of 3 options, I had the omelet. I couldn’t have made it any better. It out lived the expectations reading some reviews. Some people don’t have realistic expectations when staying in a location called “ old quarter “ id stay here again

Breakfast was standard

The room looked nothing like the photos, not up to my standards, could use a complete makeover , fresh paint , new linings, the area around the old quarter is dirty lot of trash on the streets. And of coarse non refundable. That’s the only problem booking before you see.

Overall, the hotel was clean, towels and sheets were fresh, and the staff was helpful when needed. I leave 3 stars because it was overall average - not great but not bad either. The breakfast only had a few options and the eating area was small, but it had what was needed. The rooms were clean with a Vietnamese house style bathroom, and a relatively comfortable mattress, but everything outside the room could be heard - including other guests, construction, breakfast being prepared several floors above us, and the loud traffic of Hanoi. The price was very affordable though, so if you need a brief stay in Hanoi to pass through (as we were) then is place is a suitable option.

Room cleaned daily. Good wifi and breakfast. Hard to sleep due to noise from heavy traffic outside.

Staff!!! Unbelievable breakfast. Hot cooked eggs or Pho plus chaffing dishes full of greatness. Perfect location. $3 Grab to almost everywhere. Huge room.

Everything was great, room was clean, breakfast was very good, staff were all very helpful. Would stay again
