Close to shopping and restaurants and vibrant night life. Parking is reasonably priced and convenient. Hotel slightly run down and breakfast was only ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great stay overall.

* proximity to shimitori shopping arcade
* staff friendly and accommodating
* taxi with older generation drivers were honest and helpful
* hotel clean

* breakfast adequate
* lobby facilities
* tram pamphlet on stations were helpful
* food guides and choices
Not good
* some restaurants in shopping arcade were not very accommodating to walk in customers

You cannot check-in before 04:30 Pm unless you pay JPY15000 or you are a Member of the Hotel.
Reservation was for 2, but the bathroom had only towels for 1.
Breakfast served after 7:00 Am, way too late for people who have to start their day early.

A strategic location within the town & shopping arcade. Room size is a bit small though & the breakfast is complementary (don't put high expectation). The time i stayed was rainy season but they dont provide free umbrella to their guests (you can buy 1 at the hotel lobby though).
