Such a lovely hotel with a kind and considerate staff and the best breakfast spread.

Do not miss the breakfast. Breakfast was a wonderful culinary collage of Malay cuisine, a little bit of everything. 😋

Too much noise from street until 12pm

This is a very nice boutique hotel. It is perfectly situated and the staff is excellent. They are very attentive and they went out of their way to make sure that we had an enjoyable stay. If I’m back in Malacca I will definitely stay here again

Quirky hotel with lots of history and antiques. Good size double room suite for families.

Great stay at a Peranakan house - the owner is Peranakan and a breakfast spread

Stunning renovation of the original building with lots of old objects to explore, but still a comfortable place to stay, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Friendly but non-obtrusive staff and a tasty local breakfast Street noise from the trishaws but the hotel can supply ear plugs

Wonderful museum like atmosphere throughout the hotel. We upgraded to a suite overlooking the river so very nice atmosphere.

It really turned us off when the Owner try to upsale the empty unit by suggesting that we have too many luggage, so the room we booked may not fit!. We travel around the world for many years. our luggages is standard one carry on and one check-in for each person. And it fit fined in the room we booked. Breakfast was tasty and plenty, but it was not hot. it was cold. Malaysian and other Asian food usudally is served hot or warm. Who can eat cold fried noodle / cold stir fried vegetables? She Reminded guests to keep the hotel floor clean! It is too bad because the hotel is nice and located at a very good location and the staffs are excellent!
