Place was clean but check in was ridiculous. Get there at 3 pm and are told they are behind on cleaning the rooms i reserved. 45 minutes is what they tell me the wait time will be so my family sits and waits. Shift change happens and after waiting an hour, and seeing people get checked in, I ask at the desk again about my rooms. Same story as before. In the end they finally admitted that they overbooked my style of room. If they had admitted that in the first place we could have figured out a solution quicker instead of my family hanging out in the lobby after a 10+hrs drive.

Conveniently located to the University, Bush Gardens, and many restaurants. Check-in and out was easy. Rooms and property was clean. The only complaint I have is the breakfast area service was slow. We had to ask for almost everything, We had to ask for batter for the waffles then we needed to ask for syrup, then for cups for the juices. So it took about 10 minutes to get 1 waffle and 2 cups of orange juice. There was only one person working that I could see. Maybe I got them on a bad day.

The hotel was located close to Busch Gardens, USF, & Moffitt. It was clean and staff was friendly. Coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate available all day in lobby. 1 Bedroom suite was perfect size for what we needed and affordable. I would stay there again.

The kitchenette was a nice feature and convenient for our stay. Unfortunately, we arrived late and had to change rooms twice—our first room did not have the requested bathtub, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with dirty towels and trash left in the bathroom. The third room was clean and acceptable, although a bit outdated, and while the breakfast the next morning was decent, the selection was fairly basic.

I did not stay. My room was not fully ready, my toilet did not work, the staff was unable to make room keys and had to let me in. They did not have another room available. The staff did not have answers or directions. I was left to fend for myself. Expedia was not available for an actual conversation. The online chat and phone numbers could not help. I left the hotel and went to a sister hotel. My bank is currently disputing the charges because I had to pay in pull at the new hotel.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
