We first came last year to this hotel & loved it that much we stayed again this year. The hotel is in a perfect location for us to explore Windermere where there are lovely restaurants & shops. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a smile & quick check in there is no reception as such you just ring a buzzer. All staff are very friendly & chatty & help you as & when necessary. The breakfast choice was plentiful catering for all diets, breakfast made fresh to order was hot & good produce from the local area. The room was a decent size,clean & everything you needed. Bathroom spacious & clean. Thank you so much for another great stay we will be back

Good breakfast and room on ground floor was a bonus.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit x Michaela cooked eggs perfectly fried scrambled or poached. Parking secure. We were able to use the excellent bus service to visit most places. We would book here again.

Room 7 was very nice and beds are comfy. The house is very clean and the breakfast was nice and big. Only thing i would say is that around the bath was a bit black and moldy in parts (a pet hate of mine) . Other than that, a nice stay, and id definently return

Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator (that I’m aware of), so carrying heavy bags up the stairs can be challenging. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am, which may be inconvenient for early risers. Clearer instructions would be helpful for guests not from the UK, especially for things like turning the heated towel rack and heated floors on and off. The TV was a bit unreliable and didn’t always work consistently, possibly due to the remote or the TV itself being outdated. On the positive side, breakfast was enjoyable and freshly cooked to order. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small areas that could be improved.

Fantastic place to stay, service at breakfast is absolutely amazing, can’t do enough for you. Absolutely would stay again!
