Beautiful property and amazing location! The hotel is situated in the heart of Goreme, many restaurants and shopping places are nearby. You can see the hot air balloons from the property.
We spent 3 nights here and had a perfect stay.

The bathroom needs fixing. The water tap is very short and all the water gets on the counter top. The water from the shower floods the entire bathroom floor no matter how careful you take a shower. It also needs a couple of towel bars to dry towels when the electrical dryer is not on. More lighting would be appreciated too. Breakfast is very good and the people in the kitchen are great like Yasin, Ali and another woman there.

The Grand Cappadocia Hotel was unreal. The building is so beautiful and centrally located near the main strip. The rooftop has a perfect view of the balloons at sunrise and they setup the rugs/pillows when it's nice. The breakfast was very fresh and had so many options. I loved all the different meses and salads.
The staff really go above and beyond to help you. One member arranged for a shared Shuttle to the airport and made a lunch for me since I had a long trip. I also adored the cat and dog who help at the host area.
I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for such a nice stay!

It was a great stay . I definitely recommend it . I stayed with my family three nights and the staff is super friendly and welcoming . Good location , good breakfast. They advice you on things you can do around .

Ideally situated well run hotel. Excellent staff ready to help at any time. Large bedrooms with good facilities especially for disabled people as has a lift which is rare in this area. Close to main centre with restaurants shops and tourist facilities. Exceptionally good breakfast didn’t need to eat again until evening!
