The hotel is clean and tidy the staff were pleasant and friendly it’s a decent location in general a pleasing experience

We always enjoy staying at the Spring hotel. Good location, nice room, and a decent breakfast to start the day.

Great staff and location.

Great staff. Great location. Good value. Will stay again!

Very nice bed and the room is pretty good size. Like their breakfast, best was banh canh cua with VN coffee. The surrounding area was very safe, lots of restaurants and Uniqlo is so close. Will stay again. The staff is very friendly.

Their friendly service and long term staff. Very clean rooms.

Room was small, but acceptable. Breakfast was small. Front desk staff were amazing and very helpful.

Excellent

Traditional older style hotel, but well kept in the centre of district one. Spacious rooms and quiet with high ceilings. within walking distance of the main streets and Japanese town and Ba Son station. Older staff maintain the traditional glory of this established hotel.

We stayed here twice, once for 3 nights and once for 1 night. The first stay on the 4th floor was great - lovely room, great bathroom and shower. The second stay on the 8th floor was poor - poky, shoddy bathroom with no hot water and a box outside the window that constantly made loud whirring noises. On both occasions the staff were very nice nd helpful though.
