The breakfast was fresh. The staff ensured I was taken cared of. Very professional and friendly.

The construction is an eyesore, but there is nothing thing you can do about this.

We were staying here waiting for a flight out during the Iran conflict and airport shutdown. The staff could not have been more helpful! They went over the top to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, offering to assist in any way possible. Meanwhile, the rooms were lovely, beds very comfy, and included all amenities we needed. The location is great for walks around the Dubai Canal with lots of restaurants in the area. It’s a short cab ride to most attractions, and/or they have a free shuttle twice a day to the mall, the beach, etc. The restaurants on site were excellent and provided good variety. We didn’t use the spa or gym but did enjoy the outdoor pool area. We would definitely go back!

The staff were so helpful and timely in service delivery. The hotel was clean at all times and the canal view room is great. I recommend anyone that wants to book theirs stay with the hotel.

It was a good as an overall but location has more potential. As example breakfast area can benefit from water front view instead of back street
