There is no front desk/reception - only self check-in via machine and a phone to use beside it if you have a concern. We checked in at night. Absolutely no one was working at the hotel, which is also a safety issue. Our room was filthy. There was black mould in the shower, hair on the toilet, and dust all over the room. Room phone didn't work either. We used the downstairs phone to call and our room was changed via the machine that spits out the room keys. The second room was even worse. The staff on the other end of the line did not speak English either, as advertised in the listing. We left and found another hotel in the middle of the night.

Room was clean amenities available were good. Staff is friendly. Room is just right size for an asian hotel. Would stay again for sure.

It's a good place if you want to stay near Incheon airport. It's on a walkable distance from Unseo station (one station before the airport). Overall very clean and has a convenience store on the first floor, as well as local restaurants nearby, no need for car. My only complain is that even though the room has a small kitchen and washing machine... there are no utencils, pans, or pots, or detergent... which turns the kitchen and washing machine useless. But if you don't care about this, it's a very comfortable stay.

最高 Walk from train station is about 10 minutes so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. However, hotel is clean and very convenient to catch an early flight.

良い Had a problem with self check in. Location was farther than I thought from the Metro station. No headboard for beds and TV was placed very awkwardly.
